Students EPSEVG residence

The residency of the University of Vilanova is one of the facilities provided by the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) in the Campus of Vilanova i la Geltrú. It was inaugurated in the month of September 2000.

The residency has 45 exterior single and double apartments. Two of the single rooms are specifically adapted for handicapped users.

All of the apartments are equipped with the necessary furniture, heating and air-conditioning, TV, connection to the Internet network (WIFI and cable), kitchen with utensils, ceramic hob, wardrobes, extractor fan, fridge, bathroom with WC, wash-hand basin and shower unit.

The residency also provides reception service, laundry, meeting-study rooms and a television room. Weekly cleaning of apartments.

The residency is situated 20 metres from the University Building and within the town centre. The railway and bus station are situated at 100 metres. Vilanova is connected to the cities of Tarragona and Barcelona via the C32 motorway. The international airport Barcelona-El Prat is only 25 minutes by car.

There is an area dedicated to complementary services located on the ground floor of the residency, where various shops and services are at hand for both the residents and students in general.

The University Library is situated on the basement floor of the residency.
